Born in Lebanon at the start of the Lebanese War to a family of entrepreneurs, A family that has migrated from lebanon in the late 50's to West Africa and from there to America. It was uneasy to live freely in a country being overtaken by others. In the early 90's, America was the new home. Being Self employed for most of his adulthood, It was just another easy task when he and his wife decided to open up Lebnani. Within few short months Lebnani was born. The duo are a perfect example of partners in life. They work together and are raising a beautiful small family. Sammy runs the day to day aspect of the business, while his wife (The Chef) is in the kitchen creating a new dish for everyone to enjoy!
