Our Story

Lebnani was conceived on a beautiful spring day in 2015 during a road trip to NYC, driven by a craving for the fantastic Shawarma at our favorite Lebanese restaurant in Brooklyn.

We are a dynamic husband-and-wife duo blessed with two amazing sons, driven by our shared passion for cooking and our quest for exceptional food experiences. Living in Connecticut, we often found it challenging to locate authentic Lebanese cuisine, especially Shawarma, within a convenient driving distance. It required meticulous planning and a considerable journey.

Drawing from a rich family heritage of restaurateurs on my wife's side, boasting decades of experience in the food industry, we reached out to her father, who owns several successful restaurants, including Shawarma House and Smokin' Joe's BBQ in London, Ontario, Canada. His enthusiastic support fueled our dream.

After weeks of diligent search, we discovered the charming location we now proudly call home, surrounded by the warm embrace of the wonderful people of Watertown and neighboring towns, many of whom have become dear friends.

This close-knit community, where our children attend school, has been our steadfast pillar of support since our inception in 2015. We are eternally grateful for the love and encouragement we've received and eagerly anticipate the years ahead!
